Easy Lions Mane Delight
Lions Mane sauteed slowly in butter served with a side of greens. Slice the lions mane into 1/2 inch steaks. Place on dry pan and cook on medium for 2-3 minutes to allow excess water to evaporate. Add some butter and cook until golden brown on each side. Quick and easy! Thanks Adrianne and Brannon for sharing your recipe!
Lions Mane “Crab Cakes”
Lions Mane Crab cakes with a Creamy Remoulade sauce may just be one of my new favorites. Click here for the recipe I used.
When I made this, I doubled the recipe. I used about 1 lb of Lions Mane and the recipe made 10 crab cakes for me. I also added a little spice to the remoulade because we like that sort of thing. You can easily make this vegan and the recipe has substitutes if you are interested in that. Enjoy!
